Please read this cancellation and refund policy carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.

By registering for an account at Coldsender with your email address, you are agreeing to the refund policy and all other clauses listed on the terms and privacy page. If you do not wish to accept these terms you can simply deactivate your account and not continue using it.

Cancellation and Refund policy

The refund turnaround time is 5-7 working days to the customer’s bank account.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by connecting with our support team via our chat widget or email at support@Coldsender.com. By canceling the subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current pre-paid period and then expire automatically. 

If you do not wish to continue using the service, please cancel the auto-renewal option at least 3 days before the end of the billing period so that the cancellation can be processed correctly. 

Coldsender is not obligated to provide you with a refund at any time. As per our 7-day money-back guarantee, you will be given the option to ask for a refund when canceling the subscription. You have 7 days after the transaction to request a full refund. 

The 7-day refund eligibility does not apply to 2 consecutive subscriptions.

For annual subscriptions, we may provide a partial refund upon request; however, the amount would be based only on full months and calculated as if the monthly plan were used. We do not provide partial refunds for monthly subscriptions. 

We will not refund any subscription to purchase the same subscription plan at the discounted price.
